How many Aniimo are there?
Three different numbers circulate, and they measure different things:

Each Aniimo carries three independent attributes on the official wiki — understanding them unlocks the rest of this page:
- Stage (evolution): Lumin Stage → Gamma Stage → Nova Stage. Among indexed creatures, 31 sit at Lumin, 37 at Gamma and 18 at Nova. Evolution chains and the starter exception are covered in our evolution guide.
- Element (9): holy, fire, ice, dark, electric, grass, water, rock, wind. By indexed entries, rock is the most common element (14, counting dual-element creatures), wind/grass/water follow with 13 each, and holy is currently exclusive to the two starters.
- Role (5): DPS, Heal, Support, BREAK and REGEN — the official team-building roles used in best team comps.
Forms: why one creature has several pages
Forms are environment variants, not evolutions — the two systems are orthogonal. The official wiki defines 19 morphology types: Basic, Region, Highland, Mountain Woods, Thunderstorm, Prismana, Rainstorm, Mudflat, Beach, Bay, Nighttime, Snowfield, Mountain, Sea of Flowers, Forest, Grassland, Plateau, Cloudmist and Towerwood. A creature like Scorchhowl (NO.003) has five form pages (basic, highland, mountain woods, prismana, thunderstorm) while staying one entry in the dex; Iris and Irisal lead the pack with seven form pages each.
